STUDIOUS TOKYO 1881 Heritage

1881 Heritage is one of the iconic historic buildings in the Tsim Sha Tsui area, the busiest district on the Kowloon side. Together with Tokyo Base Co., Ltd. we contributed to the success of this prestigious project.

The project was designed by SUPPOSE DESIGN OFFICE Co., Ltd, which has realized many projects in Japan, and after remote meetings with Japan, the project was realized in a far away place. The project required extensive and comprehensive support, including negotiations with the landlord while reconciling the opinions of the client, who has an office in Japan, and the designers with local laws and regulations.
